Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to carrier issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates typically activate within 24 hours.
Shipping Areas:
We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact support@turismocoffee.com.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
Turismo Coffee is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they’ve been handed to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and email us photos of the issue within 7 days so we can assist.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility:
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return:
Email support@turismocoffee.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges:
We’re happy to exchange defective or incorrect items. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made in your order.
